** Shares in SBB SBBb.ST are up around 4% after the Swedish real estate company posted H1 results that analysts say show signs of recovery after a period of turbulence
** SBB has achieved greater cash flow stability and will probably be able to manage its loan repayments over the next 12 months, Carlsquare analyst Bertil Nilsson says
** It posts H1 cash flow from operating activities before changes in working capital at 502 million Swedish crowns ($52.3 million), rebounding from a loss of 13 million in H1 2024
** Swedish property prices may have stopped falling and SBB is well-positioned to benefit if they rise, Nilsson adds
** SBB posts unrealized changes in value of properties in H1 at negative 143 million crowns vs negative 2.78 billion crowns a year ago
** "We have good reason to be optimist about our valuations and SBB's long-term prospects," CEO Leiv Synnes says
** Analysts from Arctic Securities also note a strong net operating income margin of 76.2%
($1 = 9.6033 Swedish crowns)
